He was predeceased by: his mother Bernice Teeter Kline; his stepfather Wesley Kline; and his siblings, Tom, John, Linda Sue and Holly.

He is survived by: his father John R. Neely; his wife Sandra Neeley (Bloom); his children, Joseph (Christine), Amy, Alex and Lori; his grandchildren, Shelby, Vivian, Kaylee, Logan and Jayden; and his sister Maureen Kline-Zackeru. He is also survived by numerous foster children, Family and friends that looked at him as a Father.
