He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter D. Farmer and Mabel Armstrong; his stepmother Mildred Farmer; his wife Ruby; his siblings, Osler and Millicent "Penny" Osborne; his stepbrother Keith; and his sons-in-law, Gordon and Lloyd.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda; his son-in-law Steven Hilton of Winter Springs, Florida; his children, Sandra Miller of Jackson and Jeffrey of Allentown; and his grandchildren, Dr. Douglas (Augustine Ivins) of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Crystal Hamilton (Paul) of Millsboro, Delaware, Jill Miller (Sheila Eppler) of Forked River, Jason (Yulia Miller) of Orlando, Florida and Wade (Veronica Miller) of Freehold. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, a great-great-granddaughter, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
The inurnment will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Allentown Presbyterian Cemetery (20 High St, Allentown, NJ 08501).
