He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford H. Zane and Geraldine E. Zane (Kiger); his granddaughter Jacqueline Zane; and his siblings, Milford Zane Jr., Lucy Zane, Virginia Griscom, Larry Zane and Tina Zane.
He is survived by: his spouse Robin Ophelia Zane (Heil); his daughters, Brandy Lee Zane Cruz (Evodio) and Ginger Kay Caldwell (Arnold); his grandchildren, Justin, Julien Zane, Sabrina, Silvanna, Evodio "Junior", Alissa Cruz, Cody, Zachary and Isaiah Caldwell; his great grandchild Paisley Zane; and his siblings, Hillard Zane, Linda Cossaboon (Brian), Jeffrey Zane (Tammy) and Judith Hitchner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Doug's memory to the Alloway United Methodist Church, PO Box 396, Alloway, NJ 08001.
