He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Brooks and Edith Niblock Brooks; and his sister Jennie Williams. He is survived by: his wife Joye Jarden; his sons, David Brooks (Michelle) of Alloway and Matthew Brooks (Julie Ann) of Quinton; his sisters, Isabel Locuson of Bellows Creek, NC, Betty Brennan (Richard) of Alloway and Edwina Chew of Quinton; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Grace, Ethan, Elijah, Bethany and Aubrey.
