He is survived by: his children, Joel Plevak (Karyn), Melinda Fox of Quakertown, PA and Kerri Plevak of Newfield, NJ; his siblings, Michael Plevak (Judi) of Alloway and Susan Ackmann (Tom) of Fort Wayne, IN; his grandchildren, Madelyn, Melanie of Madison, JT and Brooke; Karin Murphy (Edwin), Cameron, Cora, Georgia, Erin Murphy and Lyla.
