She is survived by : her children, Edward Plummer (Donna), Robert Plummer (Lori) of Pennsville and Beth Bradway (James); her grandchildren, Benjamin Plummer Joshua Plummer, Michael Bradway, Mathew Bradway, Emily Plummer, Sarah Plummer and Molly Plummer; and her great grandchildren, Milly, Raylan, Eliza Plummer, Ryan, Austin Bradway and Nolan Plummer.

Donations in Rotha's memory may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.
