He was predeceased by: his grandmother Margarita Mazariego. He is survived by: his wife Teal Godesky; his parents, Elena Ayala and Leo Ayala; his sister Elena Ayala; his aunts and uncles, Rosie (Octavio), Wilson (Sandra), Josefina (Jaime), DeeAnn (Rene), Delmy (Dennis), David (Aleika), Jeaneth (Yared) and Endy (Julita); and his cousins, Jose Rodrigues, Karen Mazariego, Vanessa Prevete, Andrea Holzherr, Suzy Velasquez, Michelle Mazariego, Alexander Villatoro, Annabel Mazariego, Bryan Villatoro, Isabelle Mazariego, Max Picado, Jeffer Martinez, Sophia, Jasai and Jayce.
