He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Golonka Sr. and Lucille Golonka; his daughter Sandra Lynn Golonka; his brother Raymond Golonka; and his brother-in-law Benjamin.
He is survived by: his significant other Merry Winnie Carlos; his brother L. Wayne Golonka (Myranne); his nieces and nephews, Cynthia, Caryn, Leonard and Lawrence; his pet Jake; and his siblings-in-law, Wilson (Cathy), Wallen (Eleanor), Wilner (Brenda), Walter, Alvin (Nora) and Malou. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
