He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Praiss and Valeria Praiss. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy H.; his children, Donna M. Praiss of Rehoboth Beach, DE, Pamela Valentino (William) of Sicklerville, NJ, Laura Kim (Jay) of White Plains, NY and David Praiss; his grandchildren, Eduard, Erika, Evan, Aiden, Suzanne (Brian), Sean (Yari), Bill, Donald, Eva and Davis; and his great grandchildren, Dorothy, Michael, Evelyn and Rose. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
