He was predeceased by: his son Michael; his parents, James Barry and Geraldine Barry; and his brother Robert Barry. He is survived by: his wife Regina Barry (Krauss) of Lindenwold; his daughters, Jeanine Niedoba of Atco and Christine Cullinan of Lindenwold; and his sisters, Gerri Matkowski and Carol Barry. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
