He was predeceased by: his parents, Hector Godin and Mary Godin; and his sister Majorie E. Vaz. He is survived by: his wife Connie Godin; his children, Kris Kristie (Alyson Jeanette) and Richard S. Godin (Jamila); his granddaughters, Samantha Kristie, Amelia Godin and Nadine Godin; and his niece Michelle Vaz.
