He is survived by: his wife Emilia Sotelo-Ocampo; his children, Rubí Garcia-Sotelo (José), Mayra Garcia-Sotelo (Hilario), Martha Garcia-Sotelo, Yareli Garcia-Sotelo (Omar), Jazmin Garcia-Sotelo (Kevin), Misael Garcia-Sotelo (Yessica), Margarito García-Sotelo, Jose Garcia-Sotelo and Daniel Garcia-Sotelo (Viviana); and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Allan, Julissa, Kevin, Edwin, Owen, Oliver, Diego, Rosemary, Evelyn, Avery, Benjamin, Mia, Thiago, Valerie, Keily, Liam and Jeremiah. He is also survived by nine siblings and many friends.
