He is survived by: his wife Ruthanne Yee; his children, Toi Hernandez (Timothy), Gwendolyn Yee, Nancy Webb (Johnny) and Carter Yee Jr.; his stepdaughter Cynthia Scalora (Frank); his grandchildren, Vanessa, Kira, Jordan, Jade and Dionna; and his great grandchildren, Delaney and Rowan. He is also survived by 11 siblings and numerous, nieces and nephews.
