She is survived by: her children, Douglas Adams Jr. (Vergena), Doretha Adams, Clifton Blackwell, Tony Blackwell (Lenora) and Dwayne Blackwell, Sr.; her stepchildren, Lenail and George Suggs, Jr.; her nephew Phillip Hershey; her grandchildren, Keisha Adams-Brewer, DeAnna Adams, Bobby Adams Jr., Douglas Adams III, Christopher Adams, Anthony Blackwell, Barry L. Blackwell, Sr., Isaiah Blackwell, Sr. (Noelle) and Alfreda Chapell; her great grandchildren, Amiyah Conley, Micah Brewer, Yssa Brewer, Iyana Adams, Barry L.
