She is survived by : her husband Lockland Scott; her son Edward Miles, Jr.; her stepchildren, Darrell Scott (Lynn), Tony Scott (Karen) and Carol Payne (Charles); her brother David Prescott; her granddaughters, Tyna L. DeAlessio (Bryce), Naomi L. Miles and Elaina N. Miles; her stepgrandson Payne; her great grandchildren, Steven, Seth DeAlessio, Cristion Taylor and Kassium Johnson Jr.; and her close friends, Irma Curry and Yvonne B. Preston.
