With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Virginia Mary Kaplan of Atlantic City, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 5, 2025 at the age of 74. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas James Kaplan and Virginia B. Dunsmore; her stepfather Gerard Dunsmore; her uncle Joseph Raymond Kaplan; her brother Thomas James Kaplan, Jr.; and her close friend Steven Frank.
She is survived by: her sister Dianne Priest (William Priest); her sister-in-law Patricia Kaplan; and her sibling's children, Amy Scherrer (Fred Pritchard), Kevin Potts, Olivia Kaplan, Thomas J. Kaplan, III (Emily Kaplan), Taylor Kaplan (Jenny Kaplan) and Katherine Kaplan. She is also survived by her seven great-nieces ang great-nephews.
Viewing was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Weber Funeral Home (112 Broad St, Riverton, NJ 08077). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Our Lady of Grace Cemetery (1215 Super Highway, Langhorne, PA 19047).
