She was predeceased by: her parents, Josiah Ulysses Young, Sr. and Lucy Tonkins Young; her husband William Eugene Marshall; her son Billy; and her siblings, Josiah Ulysses Young, Jr., Melvin James Young and Thelma Virginia Young Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Sharyn Christine and Jeffrey Tonkins; her grandchildren, Nicole Hailey Mann (Ronnie), Kimberly Hailey, Mark Cooke, Delgado Cooke and Kevin Cooke; and her great grandchild Shiloh M'Kynzie Mann. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Greenidge Funeral Homes, Inc. (301 Absecon Blvd, Atlantic City, NJ 08401). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Lincoln Memorial Park.
