Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Lawrence for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Belle Keyes (Leon J. Keyes Sr.) and Leon Keyes; and his siblings, Leon, Edward, George, Juanita Steward and Lillian Cherry.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Vail of Atlantic Highlands, NJ; and his daughter Valerie Edwards of Atlantic Highlands, NJ. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 9:00 AM and at 10:00 AM.
