He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Bowe and Dorothy Butler Bowe; his wife Deborah "Debbie" Bowe; and his brothers, Edward M. Bowe, Sr. and Jack Bowe.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dorothy "Dottie" Zeccola and Thomas Bowe; his nephew James Boyle Jr.; his niece Tamra "Tammy" Berry; his sister-in-law Susan Ann Leblang; his niece Debra Ann Leblang; his goddaughter Lauren Sieber Jessen; and his brother-in-law Anthony "Ace" Durso.
A Mass will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 7:30 AM at the St. Mary's R. C. Church (426 Monmouth St, Gloucester City, NJ 08030). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM at the Healey Funeral Home (851 Monmouth St, Gloucester City, NJ 08030). The inurnment will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veteran Memorial Cemetery (350 Province Line Rd, Wrightstown, NJ 08562).
