He was predeceased by: his parents, Kostantinos and Konstantina; his siblings, George Vlachos and Efrosini Potamousis; and his siblings-in-law, Demitrios Vlahakis and Panagioula Vlachos.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Haviaris; his children, Constantina, Jim Ketis, Amelia, Ramon Millan, Dean and Frida Vlachos; his grandchildren, Angelique, Tiffany Ketis, Mariah Lexi, Raekae Thomas Millan, Ria, Eleana and Thomas Luke Vlachos; his sister Demetra Vlahakis; his brother-in-law George Potamousis; and his godsons, Christos Efthemiou, Chris Kiriakatis and Dennis Hatzinas. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
