She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sano Sr. and Doris Sano; her former husband Vincent Glenn Paul; and her brother Joseph Sano Jr.. She is survived by: her husband John Kager; her son Christopher Paul (Allison); her grandchildren, Christopher, Matthew, Brayden, Samantha and Gavin; and her sisters-in-law, Diane Sano and Jane Paul. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, great-grandniece, and grandnephew.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals (28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10312). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (1091 Forest Ave, Staten Island, NY 10310).
