He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Garcia and Rafael Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Carmen Rivera Garcia; and his children, Anna Medina of Union City, Carmen Santoro of Moonachie, Franklin Maisonet of Fords, Nancy Maisonet of Jersey City and Jaime Garcia, Jr. of Avenel.
