He was predeceased by: his sister Michelina (Raffaele Calello); and his sister-in-law Caterina Dotro. He is survived by: his wife Domenica (Pugliese); his children, Serafino (Kimm) and Francesca (Antonino Calello); his grandchildren, Raffaele and Giancarlo; his siblings, Giosofatto Dotro (Vincenza), Antonio Dotro and Michael Dotro (Antoinette); and his brother-in-law Michael Pugliese. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Lehrer-Gibilisco Funeral Home (275 W Milton Ave, Rahway, NJ 07065). A Mass was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Roman Catholic Church (259 Oliver St, Newark, NJ 07105). A graveside service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at the Glendale Chapel (28 Hoover Ave, Bloomfield, NJ 07003).
