He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Forrest and Joyce Forrest; his son Daniel W. Forrest; and his brothers, Charles and Mark Forrest.
He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, Derek A. Forrest, Dawn M. Coppola (Michael) and Diana J. Faccas (Michael); and his grandchildren, Annalise, Dean W., III and Elena.
A reception was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Barnegat Funeral Home (841 W Bay Ave, Barnegat Township, NJ 08005).
