He is survived by: his significant other Susan; his sister Kathryn Hull Ross; his brother-in-law Robert Ross; his son Bruce "David" Hull (Georgia) of Clemmons, NC; his niece Alexandra Hull (Richard Stein); his sister NJ; his grandchildren, Christopher Hull of Clemmons, NC, Arianna Stein and NJ; his nieces, Jayne Miller and Jenny Ross Smith; his nephew Robert Ross; his great-nieces, Lauren and Devon Miller; his children, Lisa Bistline (Jason), Beth Beckman (Ryan Casey) and Seren Beckman; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Kaylie Bistline, Seamus and Roberta Casey.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Don's memory to the American Cancer Society or Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
