He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Pollina and Margaret Pollina; his wife Yvonne; and his son Chad Pollina. He is survived by: his children, Richard Lam (Kelly) and Yvette (Frank Esposito). He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
