He is survived by: his wife Virginia Mack (Ginny); his sister Christine Barbati (Melchiondo); his son Jeff Jr.; his daughter-in-law Staci Melchiondo (Grant); his grandsons, Deegan and Mason Melchiondo; his son John Melchiondo; and his grandchildren, Percy and Natalia.
