Joan Danza Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan Danza of Barnegat, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 15, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

For Joan is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert and Esther Rizzo; her husband Peter; and her sisters, Mildred Giandana, Rose McPherson and Ruth Oleson.

She is survived by: her children, Susan (Douglas Popok) and Christopher Danza; her granddaughters, Megan, Karen and Paula; Michael (Anita Danza).
