She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gaeta and Marilyn Gaeta. She is survived by: her brothers, Gus Reinhold (Rose) of Manahawkin, NJ and Tom Reinhold (Regina) of Point Pleasant, NJ; her son Owen Mears (Beth) of Mount Holly, NJ; and her grandchildren, Daniel (Brittany), Julia, Eliana and Caleb.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Maxwell Funeral Home (160 Mathistown Rd, Little Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08087).
Lyn had a strong Christian faith and was a longtime member of Gateway Cathedral in Staten Island, NY where she was very involved in church activities, and charity ministry.
