He was predeceased by: his parents, Connie and Ronald; his sister Bonnie; and his aunt Fran. He is survived by: his wife Mary Cappadocia; his daughter Kayla Amatuzzi; his son-in-law Jeremy; and his pets, Percy and Polly.
