He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Bavaro; and his son Daniel. He is survived by: his sister Frances Marcoccia; his children, Michele (Joseph) and Michael (Donna Marie); his grandchildren, Kevin Nielsen, Joseph Nielsen, Concetta Johnson (Robert), T. J. Loftus (Kim), Michael Bavaro III (MaryAnne), Daniel Bavaro and Chloe Bavaro; his great grandchildren, Robert, Luke, Nicholas and Audrina; and his father Michael.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Parish (4700 Long Beach Blvd, Long Beach, NJ 08008). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
