He is survived by: his wife Lydia Valencia-Cespedes; his children, Zulay Cespedes, Ana Isabel Ramos-Cespedes (Ramnel), Tiana Payne-Cespedes, Lauren Caruso (Antonio), Giselle Verdi-Manetto (Carlo), Frances L. Verdi, Yasmin Verdi-Costagliola (Diego), Edward Verdi (Tanya) and Miguel Gonzalez (Dana); his grandchildren, Salvatore, Victoria, Giancarlo, Christina, Isabella, Sienna, Katarina, Jayla, Nia and Taylor; and his great grandchild John Archer.
