He is survived by: his wife Marie Smith (Wells); his sons, Roger Jr. and Christopher (Wendy); his grandchildren, Lindsay, Jessica, Adam, Leah, Kaleygh, Jack, Miranda, Maddie and Monica; his great grandchildren, Emrah, Mason, Lily, Niko, Grayson and Roman; his brother Jeff (Donna); his sisters-in-law, Justine and Joanne; his nieces and nephews, Patrick, Haley, Christine, John and Toni Ann; and his friends, Thom, Sharon and Alice.
A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Barnegat Funeral Home (841 W Bay Ave, Barnegat Township, NJ 08005). A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the American Cancer Society.
