He is survived by: his wife Lei Minor; his children, Russell Minor Jr. (Dina) and Jennifer McDowell (Jason); his sisters, Judy Kushner (Gary) of Tuckerton, NJ and Carol Dagnall (Dave) of Pascagoula, MS; his sister-in-law Betty Minor of Parkertown, NJ; his grandchildren, Chad, Madelyn, Justin, Peyton, Sophia, Jacob and Taryn; and his close friends, Conrad Partheymueller and Arthur Rubano, Sr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
