With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Dorothy Deibert (Basking Ridge, New Jersey), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Dorothy left this world on March 2, 2026 at the age of 94, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Helene Weber and Theophil Weber; her daughter Dorothy; and her husband Jim. She is survived by: her sisters, Anna and Gertrude; her children, Evelyn, Burroughs Corporation, Kerin Santoro, Michael Guzman, James Deibert (Deborah), Danielle, Collette Varisco (Tony), Philip Cannistra and Daniel Cannistra; her grandchildren, Ryley, Logan Santoro, Quentin and Gavin Cannistra; and her sister Inga. She is also survived by her three children, five grandchildren and four great grand children.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gallaway & Crane Funeral Home (101 S Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Restland Memorial Park.
