She is survived by: her sons, James (Ellen), Jeffrey and Gerald (Jane); her grandchildren, Stacey, Jeffrey Jr., Stefanie and Rebecca; her great grandchildren, Griffin, Cole, Malcolm and Miles; and her brother John Kern, Sr.. She is also survived by her family, friends.
