He was predeceased by: his parents, Andre Teeckelenburgh and Cornelia Van Teeckelenburgh; and his sister Amy. He is survived by: his children, John Van Teecklenburgh Jr. (Victoria Clark), Susan Lacey (Kyle) and Laura Blum (Max); his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Shannon, Frank, Alanna, Violet and Sebastian; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Kaia and Reagan; his close friend Julianna Kusz; and his siblings, Andy and Maggie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
