She was predeceased by: her husband Partick J; her son-in-law Robert Sircovitch; her son Edward Cullinane (Ed); her sister Margaret Rose Francis; and her brothers-in-law, Timothy O'Connor and Jerry Cullinane.

She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen Sircovitch (Gina Kabak-Cullinane) of Morris Plains, NJ; her siblings-in-law, James Francis, Joan O'Connor and Catherine Oakes (James); and her grandson Brian Cullinnane of Colorado. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations may be made in Sally's memory to the Neurology Center for Excellence, Foundation for Morristown Medical Center, 310 South St., 4th Floor, Morristown, NJ 07960.
