He is survived by : his significant other Dawn Vulcano; his sons, Jeremy Sisk (Allison) and Brandon Sisk; his sisters, Lisa Zelachowski (Michael), Renee Arntzen (John) and Nadine Dabrowski (John); and his sister-in-law Lori Sisk.
