She was predeceased by: her parents, Bronislaw Kosmala and Weronica Kosmala (Bednarek). She is survived by: her children, Joanna Malgorzata Lozicka of Italy and Piotr of Poland; her brothers, Andrzej and Witold Kosmala (Teresa); her granddaughter Paulina Lozicka; her nieces, Alexandra, Margarita Kosmala and Elyssia Kosmala; and her nephew Michael Kosmala.
