“Condolences and Heartfelt Sympathy to Barbara and the rest of Jim's family.. I'll never forget when we bought our house in Ocean Gate, There was Jimmy on the front porch reading his paper but watching us tour the property with the realtor. I leaned over the fence and introduced myself and he looked at me and asked "Do you like Beer?" I replied Sure! He said "We'll get along Famously"!
