She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Damian Jakubowski; her daughter Kim Marie Ostendorf; and her granddaughter Nicole Marie Ostendorf. She is survived by: her daughter Janet Ann Ostendorf; her sister Linda Gregovich (Rob Gregovich); and her grandchildren, Eric Ostendorf Kurtiak and Jessica Kurtiak. She is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles and Nephews.
