He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Guardino and Louis Sclafani; his wife Joan Sclafane (Scanlon); his daughter Geralyn Nicaretta; and his siblings, Mary Barsalona, Joseph Sclafane, Marie Algeria, Frank Sclafane, Veronica Guardino, Charles Sclafane, Florence Jadach, Dorothy Sclafane, Louise Romanowski, Teresa Annetta, Regina Morkevich and Leonard Sclafane.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Perez, Lauren Dugan (late Peter) and Glenn Sclafane (Pamela); his grandchildren, Danielle Dugan, Kellie Dugan (Eddie Olanowski), Jamie Dugan, Nicole Perez (Scott Johnston), Anthony Smith (Shanna Fahrion), Samantha Rojas (Shawn) and Jodi Sclafane; his sister Annette Collins (late Dennis); and his son-in-law Lenny Nicaretta. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and 11 great-grandchildren.
