He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Magda and Paul Magda; and his sisters, Margaret Matus and Mary Warshany. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine; his children, Paul A. Magda, Gary Magda (Elizabeth) and Melissa Reynolds (Timothy); his grandchildren, Paul, Sean, Sasha, Allyson, Ashley Magda, Erica Ramirez, John Andrew, Christopher, Alexa and Katie Reynolds; and his great grandchildren, Adrianna Ramirez, Gabriella Ramirez and Ayela Magda.

Donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
