He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Moore and William Moore. He is survived by: his wife Donna Moore; his children, William A. Moore and Samantha N. Moore; and his sister Donna Prosper (Wilfredo). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Bayonne Memorial Home, Inc. (854 Avenue C, Bayonne, NJ 07002). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
