She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Sheldon Alan Weinstein and Gabrielle Smith Weinstein; and her brother Dr. Jeffery Weinstein. She is survived by: her husband John Frizalone; and her brother David Weinstein (Eileen). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
