He is survived by: his wife Krista Costello; his children, Holden F. Costello, Emily O. Brown and Anya V. Costello; his father Steven Costello; his stepmother Maggie Costello of South Dakota; his mother Robin Homan of Arizona; his brother James; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Costello of Arizona. He is also survived by his loving in-laws, nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
