He was predeceased by: his father Alan; and his brother Alan Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Eleanor Cranmer Ollivier; his children, Allison MacGillivray (Dean MacGillvray Jr.) and David Ollivier (Emily Adams Ollivier); his grandchildren, Audrey, Dean III and MacGillivray; his siblings, Judy Kuffell-Ollivier and Dan Ollivier; and the mother of his children Henrietta Holden-Ollivier. He is also survived by other granddaughter expected soon, his son's first child.
