He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard F. Kroeper Sr. From and Evelyn Kroeper; his aunt Marilyn Gorman; his uncles, Joseph Shannon (Shelia), Nick Kroeper and Jim Kroeper; and his cousin Joanne Gorman.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kroeper (Munn); his daughters, Kaila and Colleen Kroeper; and his brother Michael Kroeper (Lena Kroeper). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
We ask in lieu of flowers we are asking for a donation to be made to Ocean County.
