He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Eckert and Muriel Eckert; and his stepson David Wiencke. He is survived by: his wife Celeste; his daughter Julie Cushing; his stepsons, Gregory Trout and Tom Trout; his grandchildren, Ryder, Micah, Clyde and Ben; and his daughter-in-law Robyn Trout.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Carmona-Bolen Home For Funerals (412 Main St, Toms River, NJ 08753). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
